Last week, Zooey hosted an event with her fellow G&B Influence family for the Nordstrom Local Melrose Place location & UGG. Our goal was to introduce this new convenient location to meet the shopping needs to locals to the area.
Nordstrom Local is a service oriented location that doesn’t stock merchandise but is rather
intended to be a “one-stop hub” for convenient, time savings services.
Services include
o Personal Stylists and Trunk Club
o Buy online pickup in store and curbside
o Alterations
o Nail Bar
The concept of this shop really is for locals who live or work around the WeHo area. Let’s say you’re doing Soul Cycle nearby and forgot that you had to pick up something for a friend! You can order the items online and pick them up at this store on your way home. They send drivers out every hour to all their Nordstroms locations to pick up the items for you. OR, you can just have them ship to your house after shopping with a stylist on site.

This event was really cozy, with lots of pom poms and UGG softness.

The Nail Bar was Zooey & Goldie’s favorite station. We had so much fun that we forgot to take photos with the guests but you can still catch the fun from our highlights on Instastories! Zooey made some new friends and it was really nice to meet in real life, the people and their families who follow us. We loved being able to give away shopping gift cards and seeing how happy the guests were leaving with free UGG slippers too! Thank you everyone for coming!!!
